Do I need a consultation before my session?

Yes. All new clients begin with a brief phone consultation to ensure alignment and customize your session with care. A Zoom link is provided for a video consult or phone feature option.

I am new to breathwork or reiki. Can I still book?

Absolutely ! Our consultation call is the best time to inquire about the level of support you are seeking at this time.

Does the Breath & Bodywork session include a massage?

No. In a Breath & Bodywork session there is a massage table in the room that is utilized for the client to comfortably engage in the breathing techniques, guided meditation and percussion therapy (if added to service).

What does a reiki session entail?

Each Reiki session is a gentle yet intentional experience.


We begin and end with guided meditation and space for reflection—allowing time to set your intention, ask questions, and ease into the session with presence.


Sound therapy and smoke cleansing are used to support deep relaxation and clear your energetic field. A Selenite crystal, known for its ability to neutralize and restore energy, is incorporated in both in-person and virtual sessions. You’re welcome to bring any personal crystals you resonate with into the space.


Many clients drift into sleep during the session—a sign that the parasympathetic nervous system is activating, allowing your body to fully rest and receive.


Each session is intuitively guided. I tune into the energy field and may receive spiritual downloads that draw me toward areas in need of extra attention. This makes every session uniquely supportive and aligned with your current energetic needs.


Expect to leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and energetically clearer than when you arrived. A healing plan and notes are shared at the conclusion of our session to support continuity of care.

I missed my appointment. Can I get a refund?

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable. When you schedule a session, that time is held exclusively for you. This work requires intention and commitment—both yours and mine. 


Confirmation emails are sent 1 week before, 72 hours before, and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to help you stay informed and prepared. 

Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if needed. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations will result in a forfeited session.


All rescheduled appointments/cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged a late reschedule fee of $45.00

What's the difference between a virtual reiki session and an in-person session?

The only shift in a virtual session is the screen between us—everything else remains just as intentional. Clients often experience the same level of energetic connection and relief as they do in person.


You're encouraged to reserve quiet, uninterrupted time and settle into a space where you feel safe and comfortable—lying down is perfectly fine. At points during the session, my camera may be off to allow for deeper energetic focus.


Afterward, I’ll share a healing plan and session notes to support your continued care.

What is your payment policy?

Fondove Healing accepts all major debit and credit cards directly on the website and payments via Stripe and PayPal. By booking a session, you authorize your selected payment method to be charged for the full service amount at the time of booking.

You represent and warrant that: 

  1. the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, 
  2. you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, 
  3. charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company
