Energy Healing

Reiki is a gentle non-invasive energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to release stress, restore energetic balance, and maintain homeostasis. 


Trained in Usui Reiki Levels I & II with a lens on emotional sensitivity and nervous system regulation, Sonya creates a  consent-led space where every session maintains clear boundaries and deep respect for one's personal healing pace.

Nervous System Regulation

Your nervous system is the command center for how you experience the world—how you respond to stress, connect with others, and feel safe in your body. When it’s dysregulated, you may feel anxious, disconnected, fatigued, or overwhelmed.


Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools to support nervous system regulation. Through intentional breathing techniques, we can gently shift the body out of “fight-or-flight” mode and into “rest-and-relaxation”—restoring balance to both the mind and body. 


Breath creates space: it softens tight muscles, quiets racing thoughts, and signals safety to the body on a cellular level. In our sessions, breath becomes a medicinal guide—inviting your body to release what it’s been holding and gently come home to itself. Whether you're navigating chronic stress, emotional heaviness, or simply seeking to reconnect, breathwork helps rewire your system for equilibrium and clarity.
