By agreeing to embark on a journey back to the true you one must make the commitment to themselves. The caliber of surrenderance is dependent upon one's willingness to allow ego death(s) to run their course. In turn the body, mind and spirit is afforded an even playing field to communicate effectively. By unearthing downloads unique to one's degree in consciousness this allows the space necessary to coalesce.

Your personal power must never be relinquished. Know that healing comes slowly but it always comes. Where will you meet it?

No two aftercare plans are the same. We pride ourselves on being attentive and flexible with the mutual understanding that the path to coalescence is not linear.

By agreeing to work with Sonya, you are agreeing to release the concept of spirituality being external. All things within Earth originate from a spirit. However, the intricacies of navigating how certain spirits animate in one's life requires tact, heightened self-awareness and willingness to take action.

Acknowledging and dissecting the ways in which karmic bypassing has contributed to one's current disposition is part of doing the work. Therefore, meeting someone half way is already doing them a disservice. Sonya will meet you exactly where you are and only work with you if the intention aligns energetically.

Fondove Healing was curated by Sonya Morrison.

Sonya is a vibrant trauma-informed Usui Reiki practitioner based in the Bronx, NY. Her intention is simple: provide a space for women to come home to their true selves. How?

Engage in dialogue focused on energetic refinement to convey one's soul desires and honor it wholeheartedly
Facilitate practices rooted in energetic authenticity while providing real life experience in a comprehensible manner
Allow room for exploration of the liminal space and strategy to integrate solutions

A Clever Saying

Healing quite literally became something Sonya was fond of, hence the play on words within the name. While she does not believe this is a lifelong process, the opportunity to heal does present itself many times over the course of our life.

Her therapist, Asha Edouard opened her eyes to the benefits of holistic health through an array of practices. In 2019, there was a course offering called Evolve: Self-Exploration & Chakra based Coaching Program that Sonya completed. From then she went on to pursue attaining her level one and two certifications in trauma-informed Reiki.

The Shift

Sonya furthered her studies working alongside Nikhol Rei, a psycho spiritualist and akashic matriarch who specializes in clearing bloodline karma and teaching women about the intricacies of underworld descent/work and raw essence retrieval.

Within this Shadow worker Apprenticeship program it allowed Sonya to amplify her gifts while honoring her spirits.

Under Nikhol's tutelage she learned:

how to gauge an individual's degree in consciousness
how to decipher karmic contract formation vs. spontaneous spirit invocation
how to infer levels of cosmic consent and whether it can be spiritually afforded
& much more

This unique, intimate container allowed Sonya to go even deeper into self exploration and discovery. This complex caliber of work was shared in a comprehensible yet raw manner which provided space for a series of events to ensue in real time within her own life which spoke to the alignment of how powerful true community is.

Consequently, Sonya's approach combines shadow work, breathwork, and reiki to deliver an all encompassing recipe unique to the individual drawn to her.
